What skills do you have that would make you a good staff member? I am responsible and patient. I would pay attention to what is happening on the server. I help players when they are confused and make fair choices.
How familiar are you with server rules? I am familiar with the rules, I read them and will try to follow them every time. If i’m unaware of anything i’d ask questions.
How would you handle a player breaking the rules repeatedly? I would warn them and explain the rule clearly, I would give them time to fix their behavior. If it keeps happening, I would report it to higher staff.
How would you deal with a player being disrespectful to staff? I would stay calm and not argue back. I would tell them to stop and remind them of the rules. If they continue, I would take the proper staff action.
How many hours per week can you commit to being staff? I say about 28 hrs a week.
Are there specific days/times you're more available? I’m usually available around 4:30 everyday. Because i get home from school a little before that.
Why do you want to be staff on this server? I see great potential in this game. And i believe i could help in the development by letting the developers know about game breaking bugs.
How would you deal with a situation where a player is upset about being banned or warned? Untitled Title I want to learn more about the server and help it grow. I like helping people and being part of a team. I want to help keep things fair.
Are you comfortable making tough decisions or issuing punishments when necessary? Yes. I understand rules are important. I would be fair and only act when needed.
Is there anything that you feel would make you stand out as a staff member? 1 am respectful and willing to learn. I listen to feedback and follow instructions.I also always try to do the right thing.
