What skills do you have that would make you a good staff member? I have strong communication and problem-solving skills, which help me stay calm and fair when dealing with players or situations. I follow rules closely and make sure they are enforced consistently without bias.
How familiar are you with server rules? I am very familiar with the server rules. I’ve read them thoroughly
How would you handle a player breaking the rules repeatedly? If i have them mutiple warnings to stop breaking the rules either be a kick or a ban.
How would you deal with a player being disrespectful to staff? Close the ticket or not answering them.
How many hours per week can you commit to being staff? 7 hours everyone day?

Untitled Title If a player is upset about being banned or warned, I would remain calm and respectful and allow them to explain their side without interrupting. I would clearly explain the reason for the punishment.
