Have you been staff on other servers? If yes, briefly explain your role. yes, been admin/mod on multiple servers over the years i been on discord for a min. Also, I have been community plug in the “philly streetz 2” discord and i used to provide to the community import ids and just help the community out in general. Im also a content creator @prevaulted on TT, and i have 1k+ followers, I can post content on the game and help the engagement towards the game.
What skills do you have that would make you a good staff member? I can be active on discord/testing the game for most of the day since i work overnight and don’t go to school nomo.
How familiar are you with server rules? I been on discord for almost 10 years im pretty advanced with discord server customization/roles.
How would you handle a player breaking the rules repeatedly? If a player continue to break the rules repeatedly after a warn was given then I will proceed with the appropriate action depending on the severity of the situation such as (kick/ban).
How would you deal with a player being disrespectful to staff? This is similar to the last question
How many hours per week can you commit to being staff?
Are there specific days/times you're more available? mornings/ afternoon on weekdays but im available all day on weekends
Why do you want to be staff on this server? I see potential in the staff team also the game itself, i was brought here by polo and i been watching his recent live streams and I like what im seeing the early features the game currently has and I want to help the devs fix any bugs that pops up while im testing and provide a better experience for any newcomers.
How would you deal with a situation where a player is upset about being banned or warned? Untitled Title If a player is upset about being banned then If we have any process of a player getting unbanned (such as support servers/proper ticket channels, etc) I will point the player towards the appropriate way to contact a staff member that can assist them, but If i can also handle tickets then I will take the proper actions to assist the player to attempt to resolve their situation (assuming I dont have unban/ban perms)
Are you comfortable making tough decisions or issuing punishments when necessary? Yes, everyone will be treated fairly
Is there anything that you feel would make you stand out as a staff member? I been staff on plenty of discord servers also ive been in-game mod/admin in many roblox servers/game so im pretty familiar with in game commands also Im a cc i can gain attention towards the game and provide engagement, I see good potential in this game.
