How familiar are you with server rules? Learning them.
How would you handle a player breaking the rules repeatedly? After multiple warnings a time ban or time kick would be justified.
How would you deal with a player being disrespectful to staff? Mute them if they're trolling, And id kick them if they are serious. Wont tolerate them disrespecting any other staff.
How many hours per week can you commit to being staff? Cant be specific but id be available when needed.
Are there specific days/times you're more available? both in most cases or either or.
Why do you want to be staff on this server? I really applied to be a tester but this the only application that popped up.
How would you deal with a situation where a player is upset about being banned or warned? Untitled Title they would have to wait for unban wave. or take it to the owner because nobody would get banned or warned without reason.
Are you comfortable making tough decisions or issuing punishments when necessary? yes.
